VCI stretch film with reinforcement mesh is composed of a layer of stretch film, inner mesh and another layer of stretch film. The VCI (volatile corrosion inhibitor) anti-corrosion treatment generates a protective film around the product, thus preventing corrosion of the packaged spare parts during storage and transportation. The mesh provides additional reinforcement and increases the resistance and durability of the material.
It is used for the packaging and protection of pallets or material requiring protection against corrosion.

This chemical compound incorporated into the stretch film evaporates from the plastic and travels to the most remote areas of the metal inside the packaging, creating a protective molecular layer that prevents contact with any corrosive substances such as moisture or oxygen.
The inner mesh reinforcement reduces the pre-stretch of the film, while increasing the mechanical tensile strength and reducing the number of layers of film needed to achieve the required resistance.
