VCI laminated crepe paper is a paper with one side coated with a PE (polyethylene) layer. In addition, this product is treated with VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) to ensure long-term protection against corrosion during transportation and storage.
The crumpling of the paper provides greater elasticity and flexibility, as well as the cushioning effect to protect the packaged materials. The PE layer provides impermeability which extends the life cycle of the packaging.
This paper is ideally suitable for packaging high-value metal parts.
The VCI used by Inviker is nitrite-free.
This chemical compound evaporates and travels to the most remote areas of the metal inside the packaging, creating a protective molecular layer that prevents contact with any corrosive substances such as moisture or oxygen.
Natural crepe paper is a material crumpled in the accordion-like form.
This VCI treated complex offers an excellent barrier protection against water or grease.
