Reinforced plastic-coated paper

B3

Reinforced laminated paper is a reinforced compound made of a layer of kraft paper, an inner layer of polyester mesh and an outer layer of PE (polyethylene).

This constitution confers a high resistance to tearing and breakage, and also makes the packaging watertight and impermeable.

Due to these characteristics, it is widely used for the packaging of parts in the iron and steel industry and for export.

Description

What is reinforced plastic-coated paper designed for?

  • The intermediate layer of polyester fibres confers a high resistance to tearing and breakage, both in the packaging process and during storage, loading or transportation.
  • It guarantees the tightness and impermeability of the packaging.
  • Due to its high resistance to tearing and its high impermeability, it is used for the packaging of spare parts in the iron and steel industry and for export.

Available in smooth or crepe paper.

The reinforced plastic-coated paper can be customised with a printed logo of the customer.

Can be supplied with VCI anti-corrosion treatment upon request.
